All the while I used to think what’s exactly an revolution, is that some sort of winning game, where the winners are coined as revolutionists and the losers are named as anti-social elements?.I thought this, what would have happened if the father of all revolution-the French revolution, was unsuccessful? And if Louis XVI managed to control the radicals and executed them and declared the whole of France and the world, the anti-social elements has been suppressed by the monarchy. Was the revolution rolled back or might have come back after sometime. One true underlying thing about a revolution is, it’s completely fulfilled only when you win. When you lose you got named as an Anti-social Element sometimes, even if you have ethical or moral cause of the struggle. The story almost changes when you lose. Now what baffles me is, If Revolution is proportionate to the winning or losing or Just the ethics? That’s my first big question.
Let’s go to South America from France. When Ernesto 'CHE' Guevara was executed by the Bolivian government the world called him as a Revolutionist. (And, I dont have so much of love for a communist or a Capitalist or a Imperialist).Like never before 'che' become so popular, his image was enlightened , he was seen as a icon when he got executed. His execution was followed by his loss in the gun fight between his Army and the Bolivian Army. Is something mortality has got to do with a Revolutionist , I slightly think yes,As death has its own charm. When I think about the world at this juncture, I feel like you win or lose it doesn’t matter. And Che Guevera pointed that "I'm thinking about the immortality of the revolution" just before being shot.Let’s come back to the point. As a matter of fact, you are coined as a Revolutionist even if you don’t win. This exactly contradicts the thing which happened in France in 18th century. Revolution itself struggles between Victory and Defeat sometimes. And Mortality adds weightage on che's case. He is undisputedly popular then Fidel today (even though Fidel is the winner of Cuban revolution and he is the seed of Latin American struggle). But the world see che as a great revolutionist then Fidel.
The first case the French won against the Monarchy, they are revolutionist. Second case Che lost the battle and got executed, and he is still a revolutionist. These two separate unrelated events share something in common. That is either You win or lose, still revolution lives in you.
Now what does actually revolution means? Is it the one that springs in the outcome of the Action or war or it’s a culmination of thought that lives in our head(not necessarly a Violence related) and how the world names one as a revolutionist or other as Anti-social. Ethical struggle certainly is important for a Revolution. But what happen when you lost and your words are suppressed .Did we lose anyone like that. May be the Pagans want to impose a law or a reasonable law for their own society are termed as revolutionist in their homeland or may be a Separatist fighting a justfied war in any corner of the world and couldnt fulfill the conceptualised Revolution and got erased in the course of time?. Is it you aren’t triumphant and you are not a revolutionist .After running all these things I noted the world was not that careful in choosing the revolutionist/revolution by a specific set of metrics.Rather a specific event or a happening unfolds a Revolution. Blankly there are no metrics to measure or predict it and that’s why I feel revolution doesn’t get settle down even the world gets civilized day by day. I would say as long as our sixth sense wander in this world, there will be revolution, even if everything is perfect around you.
Perfection doesn’t have any clue about revolution. Wait a minute. If everything around us is perfect why do we need revolution? Or was everything was perfect before and revolution was there to change the orderly sequence in some other way? Here is another to confuse. Good, Bad, Mortal, Immortal or Evil who configures a Revolution. How he is remembered or it’s just propaganda by some government or an empire and the world follows him. I don’t know. I ask the world it just told me these things. Now the thought process will not have a easy solution as my question is extremely treading and complex. Perhaps you should speak back through your thought and research and you should come back with your version.
